About the Room
A luxurious double room with a super King sized bed and en-suite shower room with large overhead shower and handheld shower plus gorgeous Bramley products.
King double rooms can also be made up as twin singles. If this is your preference, please ensure you request this when filling out the online reservation form in ‘Special Requests’ so we can prepare the room ready for your arrival.
Our luxury King doubles have a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, Wifi, desk and chair and wardrobe. There is also space to add a child’s futon on request for a small supplement.
A delicious continental breakfast is served between 8am and 10am below in Bistro Lotte.

Information for Your Stay With Us
The room rate includes a continental breakfast platter taken at your leisure in Bistro Lotte.
Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 10.30am.
We do not offer room service however guests are welcome to order food or drink from the restaurant to be taken in their room. This is not a 24 hour service and only available during kitchen service hours. Please enquire and order in the restaurant below.
If you would like to have an evening meal in the restaurant we would encourage you to make a reservation when booking your room. The restaurant is very popular and we will always do our best to seat you however unfortunately we cannot guarantee a table without prior reservation.
Arrival and Departure Times
Our normal arrival time is between 4pm and 7pm – (except Sundays – please see below).
We try to be as flexible as possible so please feel free to contact us should you have any earlier or later requests and we will do our utmost to accommodate these.
We ask that the rooms be vacated by 11am on the morning of your departure.
Since reopening after lockdown we have introduced a minimum 2 night stay on Friday and Saturday nights to allow extra time for cleaning and airing of the rooms. If you are booking close to your arrival date and only wish to stay for one weekend night, please do call us for last minute availablity and we will do our best to accommodate you.
As the Bistro is closed on Sunday evenings, we respectfully request that guests arrive by 5 pm to check in.
If a later check in is required, please ensure that you contact us to arrange this in advance.
Dog Friendly Rooms
We have a limited number of dog friendly rooms available on request and charge £15/night extra for your furry companion to join you.
Please ensure you call us in advance to inform us that you will be bringing your dog so we can ensure that a suitable room is available.
Please note that dogs must not be left unattended in the rooms at any time.
If you would like to eat in the restaurant for lunch or dinner during your stay with us we would highly recommend reserving your table in advance. The restaurant is very popular throughout the week and we will always do our very best to seat you however we cannot guarantee guests a table without prior arrangement.

We have limited parking available for overnight guests however it is not guaranteed, please inform us when making your reservation if this is of interest.
In order to confirm your booking with us credit/debit card details are required. No payment is taken from this card unless you ask us to, or if you cancel the booking within 48 hrs of your scheduled arrival date. Payments are made at reception at the time of checkout.
Please note that bookings made through on-line travel agents may be subject to differing terms and conditions. We would encourage you to book directly with us using the reservation system on our website.
Bistro Lotte is an independent family business so cancellations can have a big impact on us, we do though appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene and we try to be as understanding and helpful in such cases.
In the event of a cancellation up to 48 hrs prior to the scheduled arrival date no charge will be made.
If you cancel your booking within 48 hrs of the scheduled date of arrival a cancellation charge will apply of a single night rate.
Guests failing to arrive without notification of your cancellation will be charged for the total reservation price.
Access and Keys
You have access to the building 24hrs a day during your stay with us using a key fob; you have full responsibility for the keys during your stay.
Lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per set.
Loss or Damages
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
Please take care when staying in our property, you are responsible and liable for any damages which are caused to the accommodation or its contents.
